When things are difficult around us it is really hard to relax. Mindfullness takes awareness to be relaxed at will. And the good news is that everyone can develop it. Though we have to be aware of our mental and emotional state through the day.

We are pushing our limits way too far every day, just to feel more valuable. To get the most out of the day.


Just look at the seasons, there is spring, summer, autumn and winter. Winter is all about rejuvenation, prepearing the rebirth of nature, nature right now, is in a relaxed state. You have to find every day a few minutes throughout the day, to relax your mind and body, before you continue to push your limits.


Get comfortable in your chair, You can close your eyes if you want to, or even you can lay down. I just want you to feel the peace of your body and mind.


Once you are ready, try to empty your mind and just enjoy the moment you are in. Breathe deep in, and slowly out, breathe in and slowly out again, and one more time in, and breathe out... 


Just stay like this for at least a minute.
