Is it all true about lemon water?
Well, there is not enough scientific support in stimulating your organs or balancing the pH in the body, as many times we believe.
Is it another placebo effect? Might be, but my recommendation to you, if you experience positive benefits after drinking lemon water, then keep on doing it. Every Body reacts different way to the same thing.
In spite of all the current hype surrounding lemon water, true or false, there are plenty of reasons why it’s a good habit to incorporate into your life. I like adding lemon juice or slices to my water, because it is much more enjoyable.
What we know for sure, that it will hydrate your body and will be a healthy substitute for juice.
