When things are difficult around us it is really hard to relax. Mindfullness takes awareness to be relaxed at will. And the good news is that everyone can develop it. Though we have to be aware of our mental and emotional state through the day.

There is no direct guide to drinking while fasting, proper hydration during fasting will help avoid headaches, a dry mouth, difficulty focusing and hunger cravings because it will give you the feeling of a full stomach.
